Direction of Use:
For muscular stress pain, joint discomfort and sleeplessness, cover each foot with 2-3 patches until discomfort relieves before switching to 1 patch per night for maintenance. 
For body detoxification purchase or the maintenance of overall well-being, use 1 patch 2-3 times in a week.


Usage Instructions: 
1. Clean and dry feet or affected areas.
2. Peel film from the patch.
3. Apply the patch to the feet or the affected area before sleep.
4. Leave the patch on for 8-10 hours.
5. Remove the patch and rinse thoroughly with water where the patch was applied.
